I can set out on a search for you!

When I locate the item you are looking for, you will be responsible for the cost of the item, any shipping costs required, and a 20% finder’s fee commission. An invoice will be sent via email and can be paid by CC, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or cashier’s check.

Refinish

Ok. So we’ve found the piece you’ve been looking for, OR perhaps you already have a piece of your own, now what?

I can refinish your item using high quality products and finishes!

When I refinish an item for you, you will be responsible for the cost of the item (if you are purchasing it from me or a third party), any shipping costs required, the cost of materials and supplies, and a service fee for my time and labor. The service fee may vary depending on the type of refinishing required. An invoice will be sent via email and can be paid by CC, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or cashier’s check.

Style

You have a vision for a vintage-infused space, but don’t know where to start… Incorporating unique and charming pieces in your home can take many forms: a unique gallery wall for your child’s room, a timeless tabletop display for a holiday celebration or event, a seasonal mantel-scape, a modern MCM inspired bar, an office or creative workspace, or a bohemian inspired nursery… the options are endless!

I can style your vignette, room, or walls!

First, we will have a consultation in which we will discuss budget and vision. I’m happy to visit the space in-person or via Zoom. There is a consultation fee of $200. Should you agree to my proposal, your consultation fee will be put towards the project. Should you decide to pass; you will be invoiced for the consultation.

When I style an area for you, you will be responsible for the cost of the items used (if you are purchasing them from me or a third party), any shipping costs required, the cost of any additional materials and supplies, and a service fee for my time and labor. The service fee may vary depending on the type and magnitude of styling desired. The consultation fee will be put towards your project as described. Upon acceptance of my proposal, you will owe half the cost. The second half will be owed upon completion of the project. An invoice will be sent via email and can be paid by CC, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or cashier’s check.

After I’ve hunted and collected antique and vintage items, I sell them to YOU! HomeByDani sells via multiple channels: my physical space at Painted Tree in Lake Zurich. Etsy, Facebook, and Instagram.

I can help you fill that empty shelf or wall with a one-of-a kind piece!

I have a physical shop, booth D21, at Painted Tree Boutique. PTB is located at 20771 North Rand Road, Unit F, Deer Park, IL 60047. Phone: (847) 227-8279. My collection of items range from chairs, side tables, and lamps, to wall art and other home decor accessories. My pieces have been thoughtfully arranged, and my displays change with each season. Inventory comes and goes, so if you see something that speaks to you, grab it! …it may not be there next time!

I also sell a variety of small to medium sized items online! A selection of my antique and vintage items are available in my Etsy shop and are ready to ship! In addition to Etsy, you can see the latest merch and sale announcements by following my Instagram and Facebook accounts. If you see something you like in my squares, feed, or stories, send me a private message with your shipping information and I will email you an invoice. Invoices can be paid online with all major credit cards or PayPal.
